Challenge
Design an activation at NCAA March Madness that stands out — something bold, unconventional, and memorable, in a space saturated with high-energy basketball fans and distractions.
Goal
Create a nearly impossible 40-foot basketball challenge that becomes achievable only through teamwork and Army ingenuity.
Result
A headline-grabbing stunt that delivered ~81,500 on-site impressions, ~1,127 engagements, and ~774 leads.* It turned skepticism into awe — and demonstrated that with the right tools and teamwork, the impossible becomes possible.

Introduction
Impossible Shot 2.0 features two giant 55-foot basketball lanes with hoops elevated to 20 feet, creating one of the most extreme Pop-A-Shot challenges ever built. Players step up to a touch-screen-controlled, basketball-launching Towed Mortar and go head-to-head to see who can sink the most shots in a 40-second duel.
