Intuit Quickbooks Connect 2018
For four consecutive years, Agency EA has concepted and executed QuickBooks Connect San Jose, working to continually push creative boundaries in a way that would foster connectivity among attendees. Rooted in the event's core objectives, Quickbooks Connect, educates and inspires small business owners, accountants and entrepreneurs.

Mapped attendee journey by creating floor plans event layout.
Collaborated with creative and production team to develop event concept and design.
Conceptualized and designed sponsor booths and installations.
Led all 3D designs, visuals, and fabrication documents.
Workshopped with clients directly for design directions and approvals.

Evolved branding.
For 2018 the look and feel of QuickBooks Connect, we focused on Intuit's newly launched branding and embraced a modern aesthetic partnered with transformational shapes — to reflect the constantly evolving nature of the small business attendees and the QuickBooks platform itself. Signage and branded elements, from window clings to vinyls, table tents to attendee badges, visually depicted the event themes of connection and transformation.
Thoughtful connections.
The spaces designed to facilitate conversation and connection were unique but also collectively cohesive. An artist studio to a live book signing, attendees were engaged with thoughtful areas and activations. The main stage was also an extension of the modern branding, and accommodated over 3500 in-person attendees in addition to live streaming audience.
Immersive keynote.
I was the lead designer for the main stage that featured curved LED screens for clear crisp content. The expansive LED screen with a soft curve was inspired by the new branding which featured softer curves and shapes. The scenic elements consisted of ROE programmable lights that were strategically placed and programmed to animate with the content screen for a true immersive experience.
