MolsonCoors Distributors Conference 2020

 

At Agency EA, we were excited to partner with MolsonCoors to create their annual brand reception for the third consecutive year. We began by understanding the goals of the event and learnings from previous ones. Our research and strategy would lay the foundation for success.

Role:

  • Mapped attendee journey by creating floor plans event layout.

  • Collaborated with creative and production team to develop event concept and design.

  • Conceptualized and designed brand booths.

  • Led a team of 3 spatial designers and 2 graphic designers for during design and conceptual phase.

  • Workshopped with clients directly for design directions and approvals.

  • Sourced furniture and decor for environments.

  • Worked directly with fabrication vendors, and streamlined fabrication documents process for increased accuracy during production.

  • Managed and oversaw on-site production of environments

For 2020 we decided to change things up and shift from creating brand booths to creating multi-sensory, immersive, thematic spaces for brands to be placed in. We designed three distinct environments that showcased context that each brands connects and caters to.

  • Premium Beer: Modern restaurant, tap room, patio, pool side, and a modern speakeasy

  • Beyond Flavor: Sampling bar, roof top bar, coffee cart, and wine bar

  • Winning with LDACS: Included spaces like dive bar, gaming room, music festival, and tailgate
